Swedish Funeral International Assistance (SFIA) is the international transport division of the Swedish Funeral Association (SBF), coordinating the repatriation of deceased persons to and from Sweden. SFIA acts as a central hub connecting insurance companies, embassies, and a network of over 400 member funeral homes worldwide to manage cross-border transport of human remains. As part of SBF, which has represented the Swedish funeral industry since 1922, SFIA provides trusted industry infrastructure for international funeral logistics.
