Spirit of Hven is a family-owned artisan distillery founded in 2008 by Anja and Henric Molin on the island of Hven in the Öresund strait, Sweden. The distillery produces organic single malt whisky, gin, vodka, and aqua vitae using locally sourced ingredients, and operates as part of the Backafallsbyn hotel and resort complex on the island.
