Clonakilty Distillery was established in 2016 by the Scully family, who have farmed the coastal lands of West Cork for nine generations, with the distillery opening on the Clonakilty waterfront in 2019. The certified B Corp produces triple-distilled single pot still Irish whiskey, Minke Gin, and Minke Vodka from locally sourced family farmland barley, distributing across Europe and the United States.
