Get direct feedback on your strategy and plans in a small group setting. Get inspiration from the other members. The group works for established businesses and has been meeting for over 5 years.

The Setup

Having coached business owners for many years we have found the format that works best. Instead of open ended conversations we have a structure to how we run each meeting and theme.

In-person - full day

January for strategy and goal setting. August review the year so far and rest of year actions.

Online - 2 hours

A catchup session where we share progress and needs.

Support

Someone to turn to if you need help or hit a challenge or just want a second opinion.

Your Investment

Investment: €1,500 (15,000kr). Payment by invoice, credit card. We discuss suitability with all participants prior to confirmation of joining.

I do think this has been an exceptionally useful exercise, and I think I'm speaking for the others when I say that, but certainly for me. It has completely rewired my head about how we present things and 1) I don't think anybody else in our space is focusing on customer pains 2) I think we're going to be exceptionally well placed next year to capitalise on your approach
