A Digital Business Design that connects your traffic, engagement, messaging, and follow-up into a system that attracts and converts ideal clients predictably.
Most businesses operate with uncoordinated marketing, a website here, an email campaign there, social posts when time allows. Each piece works in isolation and the result is mediocre and unpredictable.
Business Design takes a different approach. We map the full picture of how a client finds you, engages with you, hears from you, and becomes an advocate and then build or fix each stage so it works as a system.
The result is a business that knows where its clients come from, what messaging converts them, and how to turn one client into three.
We approach each business based on what they need. We do use our 10-step methodology, details on this page, so as to consider the business from all aspects as we come up with a design. As we work through the 10 steps we do so in 3 stages.
Preparation so as to make sure we achieve the objective you have and use all the data available.
Discussion and agreement where we work together to form the conclusions and plan of action to implement. You leave with more than a discussion, but with a tangible picture of your sales pipeline and a plan of action.
We then have a follow-up to tie up any loose ends. In some cases take actions as part of the work and for example build a survey as part of the work or build landing pages or if you have the data we will run a full analysis. At all times we are focused on the blend of strategy and implementation. The initial meeting is where we set the focus for your particular needs.
Each client has a specific focus depending on the business priorities and challenges. But they all have a common approach based on understanding the customer and how they buy.
We look at data such as cost per customer, sales conversion rates, customer traffic source, % repeat customers, % that give review. This provides a picture of the business. If the business is at an early stage then we focus more on leads and prospects.
Review your website, your advertising and customer communication and your digital tools. We also look at how you stand out to your ideal client. Your competitors are also included at this stage.
Review any other information you would like to share, for example results from a customer survey or ad campaigns. We also set this into the context of your market and competition. We usually also run an SEO analysis to see what it is telling us about your market and main competitor.
We set a date for meeting where we focus on the 10 steps that we have gone through. At this stage there are few surprises as we like to involve you in the preparation stage. During this meeting we will go through the business and findings, the focus is to sanity check our findings and suggestions. It is to also focus on the actions you are taking and how they are working as well as changes to be made. We tend to find the blind spots during this session. Our focus is holistic in nature to see where the opportunity lies. We have all the ground work done at this stage and present it and discuss it with you in this session.
Discover and clarify your challenges, ideas and objectives as we go through our structure on the day.
Compile input from the team which can include sales, marketing and customer service.

A business design allows you to systemise how you attract and serve customers in your business. It takes them from hearing about you to referring you. A business design schematic is shown. All businesses tailor this to their situation and needs as well as to how their clients buy. While it may start like a generic schematic, it ends up being very specific for each company.
We have done the business design for many clients and it works for both B2C and B2B. Each case has its own details and this is what makes them unique. A good business design helps them to attract clients in an efficient way. It organises sales & marketing around a common goal. It makes it clear how your clients buy, what you need to do to attract them and what tools can help.
Each case is different but goes through more or less a similar process to get to their business design.
Our approach is not to take over but to leave you empowered to run your business.
