In some cases take actions as part of the work and for example build a survey as part of the work or build landing pages or if you have the data we will run a full analysis. We set a date for meeting where we focus on the 10 steps that we have gone through. At this stage there are few surprises as we like to involve you in the preparation stage. During this meeting we will go through the business and findings, the focus is to sanity check our findings and suggestions. It is to also focus on the actions you are taking and how they are working as well as changes to be made. We tend to find the blind spots during this session. Our focus is holistic in nature to see where the opportunity lies. We have all the ground work done at this stage and present it and discuss it with you in this session.
We send you our findings and document the discussions and decisions made in the meeting. We also tie up any loose ends that we discover or need further clarification.
